Wear comfortable clothes that are suitable for the weather. Take a small towel and - if necessary - a mat to sit on. You will use your senses of hearing, sight and touch.

Relaxation and Regeneration in the Forest

This exercise is about mindfulness and relaxation. Find a place in the forest that appeals to you and seems pleasant. If possible, there should be plenty of forest around you. However, always pay attention to the local conditions and don't stray too far from the path. Wear comfortable clothes that are suitable for the weather and bring a seat or even a mat or blanket to lie on. You will be using your senses of sight, hearing and smell.

This exercise is about body and self-awareness as well as connectedness. Find a place in nature where you will find a short path over different surfaces, e.g. forest floor, roots, grass, gravel or sand. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes that are well suited to walking on different surfaces. If you wish and the ground allows it, you can also do the exercise barefoot. You will use your senses of sight and touch.
