Scientific findings show that spending time in nature strengthens both body and mind, enhances well-being, and reduces stress. Practicing mindfulness has also been shown to have a wide range of positive effects on mental health.
Building on these insights, we have developed the exercises of the Mind Body Nature Experience.

Our program is intended for individuals who want to actively support their long-term health, as well as for those living with chronic conditions. The exercises are designed to strengthen both body and mind, enhance overall well-being, and reduce stress.
The exercises invite you to experience nature mindfully and with all your senses. Many places in nature are suitable for this, and practicing on your own is supported through videos and audio recordings.
The Mind Body Nature Experience can also be adapted to special locations, as our joint project with Pontresina Tourism shows.
